Big Sky, Montana, United States, June 2025 – Carrie Messina has stepped into the role of Vice President Human Resources at Lone Mountain Land Company. In this position, Carrie will lead the people strategy across the company’s diverse portfolio, including Yellowstone Club, Spanish Peaks, Moonlight Basin, and Crazy Mountain Ranch, supporting sustainable development and the growth of the Big Sky community.
Carrie joins Lone Mountain Land Company after serving as Vice President Human Resources at Yellowstone Club for over four years, where she oversaw HR operations for the iconic luxury resort and developed people-centric programs for a large and dynamic workforce. Prior to this, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Goodwill of Southern Nevada, where she led HR strategy and operations for the organization’s impactful community services.
Earlier, Carrie was Senior Vice President Human Resources at International Market Centers (ANDMORE®), driving HR transformation across a complex, multi-site operation. She has also held HR leadership roles at Wynn Las Vegas, Morgans Hotel Group/Hard Rock Hotel Casino, and Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, shaping people strategies for major hospitality and gaming brands in Las Vegas and beyond.
With a career spanning over three decades, Carrie’s experience includes leadership and consulting roles at The Simmons Group, Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino, Ballys/Paris Hotel Casino, Flamingo Las Vegas, American Wagering, Bally Gaming, and Charter Hospital of Las Vegas. Her deep expertise in human resources management, organizational development, and benefits administration has made her a respected leader in hospitality, real estate, and community-focused organizations.
