Santa Rosa, California, United States, June 2025 – Shanne Malilay has taken on the role of Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Redwood Credit Union, bringing decades of progressive HR and talent acquisition leadership to the organization. In this pivotal role, Shanne will lead strategies to enhance talent, culture, and the employee experience, reinforcing Redwood Credit Union’s reputation as a top employer.
Before joining Redwood Credit Union, Shanne most recently served as Talent Acquisition Leader – Greater San Francisco Division at Sutter Health, where she was responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives and workforce solutions for a large integrated health network. Her focus on accessibility, diversity, and operational excellence helped elevate Sutter Health’s people agenda across Northern California.
Prior to Sutter Health, Shanne was Human Resources Director – Wine & Spirits at Constellation Brands, a renowned consumer products company. There, she led HR strategy and talent management for one of the fastest-growing CPG organizations, supporting business growth through innovative HR solutions and workforce planning.
Earlier, Shanne held the position of Vice President, Human Resources – West Region at Cresco Labs, where she oversaw HR operations for a major multi-state cannabis business, and previously led all people initiatives as Head of Human Resources at Origin House. In these roles, she managed end-to-end talent acquisition, organizational design, and HR program delivery during periods of high growth and industry change.
Shanne’s career also includes significant experience at Jackson Family Wines as Director, Talent Acquisition, and at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as Principal Recruiting Programs Strategist and Recruiting Manager, where she developed and implemented enterprise-wide recruiting strategies, diversity programs, and talent initiatives for large, complex organizations. Additional roles at Autodesk, Restoration Hardware, Tellabs, and other leading companies have contributed to her comprehensive understanding of HR and talent acquisition best practices.
