Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Vijay Sampathkumar has been appointed as the Vice President, India & South East Asia at ZutaCore, a global leader in advanced data center cooling technology. In this role, Vijay will spearhead ZutaCore’s operations across India and Southeast Asia, driving the adoption of the company’s groundbreaking direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology to enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and scalability in data center operations.
With over three decades of experience in the technology and IT infrastructure sector, Vijay has built a stellar reputation for driving business transformation and sustainability in diverse markets. Prior to his current role, Vijay served as Country Manager, India at ZutaCore, where he played a pivotal role in establishing strategic partnerships and introducing innovative cooling solutions tailored to the Indian market. His efforts significantly advanced the company’s mission of achieving net-zero emissions for data centers.
Before joining ZutaCore, Vijay co-founded ArBhar Consulting Private Limited, where he served as Director, Operations & Sales for six years. During his tenure, he developed a high-performing consulting firm focused on the retail sector, achieving year-over-year growth and doubling EBITDA in the fifth year.
Earlier, Vijay held leadership roles at Iron Mountain, where he served as Commercial Director – India, and Dell Technologies, where he led the Enterprise Solutions Channel Business across India. His contributions to strategic planning, channel management, and market development positioned both organizations for sustained growth.
Vijay also gained extensive expertise in storage and data solutions during his stints at Hitachi Data Systems, Symantec, and NetScout Systems, where he built strategic accounts and developed innovative go-to-market strategies. His entrepreneurial journey began as the owner of a software solutions company, where he gained hands-on experience in end-to-end business operations.
