Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2024 – Nivedita Agrawal has started her new role as Senior Director HR at Sekhmet Pharmaventures Pvt. Ltd. In this position, Nivedita will focus on shaping and executing innovative HR strategies to build high-performing teams, foster leadership, and drive organizational success.
Before joining Sekhmet Pharmaventures, Nivedita was the General Manager of Human Resources at Freyr Energy Services Pvt. Ltd., where she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s headcount and establishing robust HR frameworks. She also led key initiatives to foster inclusive environments and enhance organizational growth.
Her previous experience includes serving as a Talent Consultant at Catalyst Talent Solutions, where she established HR frameworks for start-ups and collaborated on socio-economic initiatives.
Earlier, at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., she led HR strategies, M&A integration, and talent development programs, earning widespread recognition for her contributions. Nivedita has also held HR leadership roles at organizations such as Socrates Media, Infosys Technologies, and TVS Motor Company.
