Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Nachiket Kanase has stepped into the role of Head of Human Resources at Burckhardt Compression India Pvt Ltd, marking a significant milestone in his career as he takes charge of HR leadership for the organization’s India operations. In this capacity, Nachiket will oversee all aspects of the HR function, driving strategic initiatives to support the company’s growth in the gas compression sector.
Prior to joining Burckhardt Compression, Nachiket spent nearly eleven years as Regional Head of Human Resources at Oerlikon Surface Solutions India. There, he was instrumental in managing the HR and Administration function for India operations, implementing talent strategies, and fostering a culture of performance and engagement across the organization.
Before Oerlikon, Nachiket worked as Manager – Human Resources at Mahindra Gears & Transmissions Pvt. Ltd. (Mahindra & Mahindra group company) for over four years. He led HR and Administration for the Chakan, Pune plant, supporting operational excellence and workforce development for the company.
Earlier in his career, Nachiket was associated with Ma Foi Randstad as a Consultant – Recruitments for over two years, providing recruitment consulting for manufacturing and engineering companies and building a strong foundation in talent acquisition and HR advisory services.
