Prior to joining blueStone, Mani spent over nine years at Cynet Systems Inc, where she rose to the position of Associate Director – Onboarding, playing a pivotal role in streamlining employee lifecycle management, enhancing workforce compliance, and driving HR service delivery. Her work spanned multiple geographies and industries, making her a key contributor to Cynet’s national success in talent solutions.
Previously, she held the role of Lead HR/Onboarding Specialist at eTeam, a high-growth staffing firm known for its enterprise workforce programs. During her nearly four-year stint, she led key onboarding functions for large-scale clients in the U.S. and India, improving efficiency and enhancing employee experiences.
Her HR journey began at US Tech Solutions and Spice BPO, where she developed foundational expertise in human resources operations, verification, and regulatory processes. With this experience across recruitment, compliance, and talent management, Mani has built a strong reputation as a leader who aligns HR strategies with business goals.
A graduate in commerce from Arunodaya Degree College, Mani is recognized for her ability to drive transformation through both people and process.
