With an extensive background spanning over 17 years in human resource management across various leading companies, Guha steps into this role to steer the HR strategies aligning with Bisk Farm’s growth objectives.
Abhishek Guha’s professional journey includes a noteworthy year at Reliance Retail as DGM HR-Zonal HRBP Lead for the Netmeds Pharmacy Business, where he was instrumental in managing HR operations across the East and North zones. Before that, he served as AGM HR TA COE Lead, where he oversaw talent acquisition process transformation and strategic HR initiatives.
His significant contributions at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where he managed HR strategies and operations from 2016 to 2019, and earlier roles at Reliance Retail and Netmeds, where he led various key HR functions, have well-prepared him for his new leadership role at Bisk Farm.
