Chicago, Illinois, United States, June 2025 – TransUnion has appointed Alicia Zuiker as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective June 23, as the Chicago-based information and insights company continues to expand its global operations. Zuiker will oversee all human resources and communications functions and will report directly to President and CEO Chris Cartwright.

Zuiker brings experience from major technology and financial services companies, most recently serving as Chief People Officer for ride-sharing company Lyft. She will now be responsible for shaping TransUnion’s people and culture strategy worldwide.

Prior to joining TransUnion, Alicia Zuiker was the Chief People Officer at Lyft, where she led significant people transformation initiatives. She also served as Chief People Officer at Visby Medical, where she led the People function through a period of rapid growth and organizational scale-up. Her earlier experience includes serving as Director, People at Google, VP of Human Resources at GE Digital, and senior HR leadership roles at GE Oil & Gas and GE Capital, supporting global teams across multiple regions. Alicia also gained early international experience through GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program.
Zuiker’s career has been defined by her ability to lead transformation, build scalable HR systems, and foster inclusive, high-performance cultures in global organizations. She is recognized for her work in developing future-ready leadership teams and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
