Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 — Lavani Agarwal has been appointed as Vice President and Head of Marketing and Communications for India & South Asia at Mastercard. With a distinguished career leading brand strategy and communications for global tech and consumer giants, Lavani steps into this role to further strengthen Mastercard’s brand resonance and strategic messaging across one of its fastest-growing regions.
At Google, Lavani led brand and reputation marketing for flagship platforms such as Google and YouTube, driving narrative and trust in the ecosystem.
