Israel, April 2025 – Liron Jakobi has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition Europe & Israel at KLA. In her new role, she will lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy across Europe and Israel, driving employer branding, talent engagement, and workforce planning to support KLA’s continued growth and innovation in the semiconductor and electronics industry.
Liron Jakobi has been a key figure at KLA, previously serving as Director of HR & Talent Acquisition for nearly three years, where she played a vital role in enhancing the company’s talent pipeline and recruitment strategies. Before that, she worked at Orbotech (acquired by KLA) as a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, leading recruitment efforts for top technical and leadership positions.
Prior to joining KLA, Liron was part of eBay as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where she focused on hiring strategies, candidate experience, and employer branding. Her earlier career includes six years at Amdocs, where she held multiple HR roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Employee Services Team Lead, and Senior Staffing Recruiter.
Before her tenure at Amdocs, Liron spent close to four years at Comverse as an Employment Manager and Candidate Management Center Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition for the organization. She also worked as an Occupational Psychologist at Bar-Ilan University, leveraging her expertise in talent assessment and organizational psychology.
