Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden, June 2025 – Frenda has announced the appointment of Anna Franzén as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new capacity, Anna will lead HR strategy and initiatives at Frenda, supporting the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge cloud-based solutions for the dental sector and driving its commitment to employee experience and organizational excellence.
Prior to joining Frenda, Anna Franzén was a key member of Praktikertjänst AB for nearly four years, serving as Human Resources Partner. She played a vital role in shaping HR policies, supporting business leaders, and driving people-centric programs that strengthened the organization’s culture and operational effectiveness in Sweden’s leading healthcare cooperative.
Before her tenure at Praktikertjänst AB, Anna was associated with Kunskapsskolan, also as Human Resources Partner, where she supported educational operations by developing HR practices focused on talent management, performance, and organizational development for over a year.
Anna’s earlier experience includes her role as a Research Analyst at Alumni Global, where she contributed to executive search and talent mapping, and as an HR Consultant at HUMANA Second Hand, delivering training and competency-based recruitment practices. Her background also features creative and production leadership at Samsari, and roles in program management at Hyper Island, further showcasing her versatile capabilities in both HR and creative industries.
Frenda is dedicated to developing future-ready platforms for dental care, providing a secure, cloud-based journal system with integrated image management. Based in Stockholm, Frenda’s solution simplifies the IT environment for dental clinics by eliminating the need for expensive local servers and backup solutions, ensuring all patient data is securely stored in compliance with GDPR. With around 55 employees possessing deep expertise in both dentistry and IT, Frenda stands out for its customer-centric approach and robust support led by professionals with hands-on clinical experience.
