New Delhi, India, May 2026 — Snapdeal has welcomed Megha Bansal as Vice President and Head of Supply Chain Management, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues scaling its value-commerce operations across India. An alumna of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad), Megha brings an exceptional blend of strategic leadership, supply chain expertise, product innovation, and operational execution across e-commerce, digital commerce, logistics, mobility, and defense sectors.
In her new role at Snapdeal, Megha will lead the company’s supply chain growth charter, with a strong focus on operational excellence, scalability, and building future-ready supply chain capabilities to support the platform’s continued expansion and customer-centric growth.
Before joining Snapdeal, Megha served at the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) as Vice President – Retail and Supply Chain, where she played a critical role in shaping India’s digital commerce ecosystem. She also held responsibilities as Vice President – Mobility and Transportation, further broadening her expertise across digital infrastructure and strategic commerce transformation.
Prior to ONDC, Megha held key leadership positions at Flipkart as Associate Director – eKart, and at Delhivery as Director, where she drove supply chain innovation, logistics optimization, and large-scale e-commerce operations. Her contributions across these organizations strengthened her reputation as a transformational leader in India’s evolving commerce and logistics landscape.
Earlier in her career, Megha served in leadership roles with KEC International, the Ordnance Factory Board under India’s Ministry of Defence, DRDO, and the Airports Authority of India. Her extensive experience includes managing large-scale defense manufacturing programs, indigenous innovation initiatives, transportation systems, and strategic industrial operations, giving her a uniquely diverse operational background.
Beyond her corporate leadership journey, Megha also serves as a Board Advisor at Disha Kiran and a Mentor at GoCrackIt, contributing to leadership development and career growth initiatives.
Her appointment at Snapdeal reflects the company’s strategic commitment to strengthening supply chain innovation and operational resilience as it continues serving millions of value-conscious shoppers across India.
