Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Supriya Wig has started a new position as Vice President – HR at Mizuho Global Services, marking a significant milestone in her accomplished human resources leadership journey. In this new role, she will lead strategic HR initiatives, talent alignment, organizational growth, and employee engagement for the global financial institution’s expanding operations.
Before joining Mizuho, Wig served as Talent Business Advisor at Deloitte, where she specialized in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing performance frameworks, enhancing employee experiences, and driving organizational effectiveness through strategic people solutions.
Prior to Deloitte, Wig spent over a decade at NCR Corporation as Senior Manager HR & Culture & Experience Lead, where she managed regional talent strategy and development for more than 1,200 employees across the APJ region. During her tenure, she spearheaded leadership development initiatives, employee engagement programs, cultural transformation strategies, diversity and inclusion efforts, M&A HR integration, compliance governance, and learning and development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Wig served as HR Business Partner at Beltone, where she advised leadership teams on strategic people management, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. She also held HR leadership responsibilities at ENKAY Homes Ltd, focusing on recruitment, employee welfare, statutory compliance, and organizational development.
Her professional foundation additionally includes early corporate experience at Citi as a Presentation Specialist, contributing to her broad business and operational understanding.
With nearly two decades of HR expertise spanning consulting, financial services, technology, and corporate sectors, Wig brings deep capabilities in talent management, employee engagement, organizational culture, leadership development, and strategic HR transformation to Mizuho.
