Espoo, Finland, May 2026 — Emma Falck is set to join Nokia as President of Mobile Infrastructure and a member of the Group Leadership Team, effective 1 September 2026. Her appointment brings to Nokia a strong leadership background across global technology, smart infrastructure, connected devices, consulting, and industrial innovation.
Falck joins Nokia from Siemens, where she serves as Executive Vice President, Products, Smart Infrastructure Buildings. At Siemens, she has led global teams across product management, development, and supply chain, while also holding earlier leadership roles as Senior Vice President, Head of Business Segment Connected Devices, and Head of Strategy, Smart Infrastructure.
Before Siemens, Falck served as Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Helsinki, where she advised organizations on strategy, transformation, and growth. She also previously held multiple roles at The Boston Consulting Group, progressing through consulting and project leadership positions.
Earlier in her career, Falck held leadership roles at KONE Corporation, including responsibilities across Greater China new equipment strategy, product strategy, marketing, and strategy development. Her experience at KONE strengthened her exposure to industrial innovation, connected technologies, and international market growth.
Falck also served as a Board Member at Fluence, adding board-level experience in the energy storage and technology ecosystem. Her early academic and research background includes postdoctoral research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Aalto University, where she focused on advanced scientific and computational research.
Her appointment signals Nokia’s continued focus on AI-native networks, next-generation connectivity, and intelligent infrastructure as telecom increasingly converges with automation, AI, and advanced digital systems.
