Wood Dale, Illinois, United States, May 2026 — Shanté Williams has joined Optimas Solutions as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, taking on a global people leadership mandate with the manufacturer, distributor, and service provider of fasteners and supply chain solutions. In this role, she will partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to align global people strategy with business growth, drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership pipelines, and lead HR operations across talent, total rewards, engagement, and compliance.
Before joining Optimas Solutions, Williams served as Vice President Human Resources at Oncourse Home Solutions, where she led strategic HR, people analytics, organizational restructuring, change initiatives, and HRIS implementation. Her work supported business efficiency, stronger talent calibration, and improved productivity across the organization.
Earlier, Williams held senior people leadership roles at Orion Talent, where she led people and culture strategy across talent acquisition, performance management, HR operations, compensation, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee engagement for a multi-site organization. She also served as Vice President, Human Resources on a contract/interim basis at Greater Chicago Food Depository, where she strengthened human capital strategies, HR operations, and leadership alignment.
Her previous leadership journey includes impactful HR roles at Samuel, Son & Co., BakerCorp, LBP Manufacturing/Terrace Paper, lia sophia, Ryder System, Inc., and Boeing. Across these organizations, she built deep expertise in multi-site manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, packaging, industrial operations, labor relations, workforce planning, succession planning, DEIB, organizational design, HR transformation, and employee engagement.
Williams also serves as a Board Member at Gorilla Faith, contributing to the organization’s mission at the intersection of mental health advocacy and race car communities. Her appointment at Optimas Solutions brings extensive global HR, manufacturing, distribution, and transformation leadership experience to the company’s people function.
