Sharma brings to Hexaware an exceptional track record of success and leadership in the technology sector, having previously contributed significantly to Cognizant’s growth and operational excellence.

Before joining Hexaware Technologies, Sharma served as Senior Program Manager at Cognizant, where her tenure from January 2022 to February 2024 was marked by her strategic acumen in solutions architecture and skills reinvention. Her role as HR Program Manager from August 2017 to December 2021 saw her managing global delivery workforces and spearheading key initiatives that significantly impacted Cognizant employees worldwide.

Sharma’s career is also highlighted by her expertise in talent management, serving as Talent Management Specialist and HR Business Partner at Cognizant. Before her impactful stint at Cognizant, Sharma was an HR Business Partner at Wipro Technologies from July 2012 to October 2014, where she was integral to the HR operations for the Product Engineering Services group.

Her journey in the HR domain also includes valuable experience at UST Global, where Sharma excelled as an HR Business Partner and HR Program Manager, showcasing her ability to lead and innovate within HR practices and strategies.
