Greater Chicago Area, USA, September 2024 – Amber Parsons has started a new position as the Vice President of Human Resources for the FG Air business at Filtration Group. In this role, Parsons will focus on overseeing HR strategies specific to the FG Air division, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
Amber Parsons returns to Filtration Group as Vice President of Human Resources for the FG Air business, a role she has been in since September 2024. Her responsibilities include managing HR initiatives and supporting the growth and development of the FG Air team.
Before rejoining Filtration Group, Parsons served as Senior Director of Human Resources, Safety & Flow at Madison Industries for approximately two years and seven months. In this position, she concentrated on executive talent development, succession planning, and leadership recruiting.
Parsons previously worked at Filtration Group as Director of Human Resources for about two years and two months, managing HR operations and strategic initiatives for the company. She also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Filtration Group for one year, focusing on day-to-day HR functions and employee relations.
Prior to her roles at Filtration Group, Parsons worked at Sears Holdings Corporation, where she was a Human Resources Manager for one year and a Strategic Talent Manager for two years. She also served as a Learning and Development Manager at Sears for two years.
Earlier in her career, Parsons was with Career Education Corporation for nearly four years, where she held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Editor, and Editor. Her roles at Career Education Corporation involved project management, editorial work, and content development.
