Tel Aviv, Israel, June 2025 – TipRanks, the global investment research platform, has named Bar Alon as its new Head of People. In this role, Bar will oversee all people-related functions across Israel and global teams, driving talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, and the continued evolution of organizational culture at a company that has seen 13 years of innovation and growth. Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment as TipRanks scales its reach and continues to build a high-performance, people-first culture.
Before joining TipRanks, Bar Alon held the position of Head of People and Operations at both AnyBiz and Warmy.io, where she managed the full spectrum of HR, operations, and culture for remote, globally distributed teams. Her expertise in fostering cohesive team environments and driving operational excellence helped these companies accelerate their growth in highly competitive technology sectors.
Previously, Bar spent over three years as HR Manager at Gaviti in Tel Aviv, where she developed and executed HR strategies aligned with business objectives. She led end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. Earlier in her career, Bar served as Executive Office Administrator at Excelero, where she managed complex office operations, executive support, company events, and recruitment processes, as well as spearheading office expansion projects from planning to execution.
Bar’s professional journey also includes experience as Human Resources Office Manager at Decima Ventures, where she was the executive assistant to the CEO, led recruitment, and managed office logistics and finance, as well as a leadership role at Zhuti – Medical Rights, where she was promoted to Team Leader in under six months and provided critical team training and support.
