In this critical role, Stephanie will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and supporting Andover’s ambitious national expansion.

Stephanie Feliz brings extensive human resources expertise from her most recent position as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at Christie’s in New York. Over three years at Christie’s, she partnered closely with senior leadership to drive people initiatives, enhance organizational culture, and support business transformation across the renowned global art auction house.

Previously, Stephanie served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Fiera Capital, where she supported talent strategies in a dynamic investment management environment. Before that, as Human Resources Associate at Baron Capital Group, Inc., she managed a range of HR responsibilities and contributed to building a positive workplace culture.
