Stephanie Feliz Appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Andover Properties

New York, United States, June 2025 – Andover Properties, one of the largest private owner-operators of self-storage and alternative real estate assets in the United States, has appointed Stephanie Feliz as Vice President Human Resources. In this critical role, Stephanie will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and supporting Andover’s ambitious national expansion.

Stephanie Feliz brings extensive human resources expertise from her most recent position as Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at Christie’s in New York. Over three years at Christie’s, she partnered closely with senior leadership to drive people initiatives, enhance organizational culture, and support business transformation across the renowned global art auction house.

Previously, Stephanie served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Fiera Capital, where she supported talent strategies in a dynamic investment management environment. Before that, as Human Resources Associate at Baron Capital Group, Inc., she managed a range of HR responsibilities and contributed to building a positive workplace culture.

Stephanie’s early career included roles such as Executive Assistant, Business Management Support, Mergers & Acquisitions at J.P. Morgan, where she gained experience in high-stakes business environments, and as Director of Special Events at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, where she honed her skills in project and people management.

With a proven record of HR leadership in premier organizations, Stephanie is well-positioned to support Andover Properties’ continued growth and operational excellence.
