Phoenix, Arizona, United States, May 2026 — Bryan McCormick has joined SARKU JAPAN as Chief Administration Officer, marking a strategic leadership addition as the company accelerates its next phase of growth.
In this role, Bryan will lead Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Facilities, and General Administration, playing a pivotal role in strengthening organizational capabilities and supporting the brand’s expansion agenda. His appointment reflects Sarku Japan’s focus on building a robust leadership team to scale operations and enhance business performance.
Bryan joins SARKU JAPAN after a distinguished tenure of over eight years at PetSmart, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Store Strategy and Operations. Prior to that, he held the role of Vice President, HR Operations & Total Rewards, contributing significantly to people strategy and operational excellence.
Earlier, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Unitedweb, where he led HR transformation initiatives. He also spent several years at PetSmart in earlier roles, including Vice President, Human Resources, further strengthening his expertise in HR leadership.
Bryan’s career also includes leadership roles at Bombardier Aerospace, where he served as Director of Human Resources, Safety & Security, and at Core-Mark International, where he managed HR development and communications. He began his professional journey with Sam’s Club, gaining foundational experience across operations and HR roles.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Bryan currently serves as a Board Member at Pet Partners, reflecting his commitment to broader community impact.
Bryan holds an MBA in Organizations and Strategy from The University of Texas at Dallas, equipping him with a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and organizational management.
