Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2025 – Dilip Kumar Ganta has stepped into the role of National Head – ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) at Indus Towers Limited, marking a new chapter in a distinguished career spanning nearly three decades across telecom, infrastructure, media, and FMCG sectors. This appointment highlights Indus Towers’ ongoing commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence across India’s digital infrastructure.
Dilip transitions into this national leadership role after serving as Circle CEO at Indus Towers for more than four years, where he led one of the company’s largest and highest-revenue circles. He managed end-to-end P&L, drove digital transformation, enabled 5G readiness, and orchestrated robust ESG, safety, and diversity initiatives. His on-ground leadership was instrumental in delivering operational efficiency, network expansion, and acclaimed community CSR efforts—such as large-scale flood relief and smart classroom projects in Andhra Pradesh.
Prior to Indus Towers, Dilip served as Regional Business Head for Fever FM (HT Media Group), driving revenue growth, digital go-to-market strategies, and business integration for radio stations in South India. Earlier, as Chief Operating Officer at YOU Broadband India Ltd., he accelerated broadband expansion, digital sales, and customer experience transformation across major Indian cities.
Dilip’s telecom leadership was shaped during his nine-year tenure at Vodafone Idea Limited, where he held multiple senior roles—including Business Head/Senior VP for UP West and VP/GM roles in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. He steered circle mergers, improved EBITDA, built high-performing teams, received global recognition for diversity and inclusion, and even led record-breaking marketing initiatives. Earlier stints at WorldSpace India, Perfetti Van Melle, The Coca-Cola Company, and PepsiCo allowed him to build and scale sales, marketing, and distribution infrastructures, achieving accelerated growth and rural market penetration.
