Burlington, Vermont, United States, June 2025 – Seventh Generation, a leading brand in plant-based household cleaning products, has announced the appointment of Shalini Stansberry as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This strategic appointment underscores the company’s mission to continue growing sustainably while honoring its legacy of environmental stewardship and social impact.
In her new role, Stansberry will lead the brand strategy and marketing initiatives for Seventh Generation, aiming to solidify the company’s position as a category leader in home cleaning while advancing its mission-driven values. She brings with her a distinguished record of building culturally resonant brands and spearheading consumer-focused innovation in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Stansberry, who most recently served as Vice President of Marketing, Kinder Snacking at Ferrero, played a pivotal role in driving brand equity and retail growth. She was instrumental in establishing Kinder Bueno as a Top 20 Gen Z brand, launching Kinder Chocolate, and contributing an impressive $125 million in retail sales to the Kinder brand in the US. Her past experiences also include leadership roles across NIVEA, Eucerin, Sharpie, Ferrero Rocher, and earlier beginnings at Hanes & Champion.
