Her role in steering M&A integration and driving organizational change at Anthology and previously at Thomson Reuters showcased her unique ability to lead through complexity, deliver sustainable results, and shape high-performing, agile teams.
Her earlier career includes impactful HR and business transformation roles at Reuters India and Accenture India, where she played a key part in talent management, compensation strategy, and business HR leadership. Jhilik’s multifaceted experience has given her a holistic understanding of people, process, and product, making her an ideal choice to help Talisma accelerate its strategic ambitions.
