Hyderabad, Telangana, India, July 2025 – Rajita Singh, who has been serving as Chief People Officer – India at Kyndryl, has now taken on an expanded role as Global Delivery HR Leader, strengthening her leadership influence within the company’s global HR ecosystem. In this newly expanded mandate, Rajita will lead HR strategy, delivery operations, and transformation initiatives across Kyndryl’s global delivery organization, while continuing to shape the people agenda for India, a key talent hub for the company.
For nearly three years, Rajita Singh has led Kyndryl India’s people strategy as Chief People Officer – India, where she played a vital role in building a purpose-driven culture and advancing talent priorities in one of the company’s largest markets. Her leadership was instrumental in aligning HR functions with business outcomes, building agile capabilities, and championing inclusion and diversity.
Prior to Kyndryl, Rajita was associated with Broadridge for over 15 years, where she served as Head HR. During her tenure, she established herself as a strategic HR leader, building people capabilities aligned with digital transformation and scaling talent operations for a growing tech-driven workforce.
She began her HR journey at ADP, where she spent seven years and held the role of Recruitment Head, playing a foundational role in building scalable hiring practices and talent pipelines across business verticals.
Rajita holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from MUM and pursued a Doctorate in Executive Fellow Program in Management (EFPM) from XLRI Jamshedpur, strengthening her academic grounding in leadership, strategy, and organizational behaviour.
