In her new role, Cynthia will spearhead the organization’s People Strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals while embedding DEI&B principles and fostering a dynamic, high-performance culture.
Cynthia has been with Impact Networking for over 12 years, building a rich and progressive career in talent acquisition and human capital leadership. Prior to her new appointment, she served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition for more than four years, where she led national recruiting strategies, strengthened university partnerships, and shaped employer branding to support the company’s expanding footprint across multiple states.
Before that, Cynthia was Recruiting Director, where she managed the recruiting team, developed talent pipelines through campus outreach, and collaborated closely with training and HR to optimize onboarding experiences. She also held earlier roles as Recruiter and Receptionist, where she laid the foundation for her people-first approach and deep understanding of Impact’s organizational culture.
Through her tenure, Cynthia has been a champion of workforce planning, leadership development, and internal mobility. Her promotion to Chief People Officer reflects her impact in cultivating talent, nurturing a culture of belonging, and helping the business stay future-ready.
