Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2025 – Santosh Khatelsal has joined Sheela Foam Ltd as President of Operations, bringing with him a wealth of experience in managing large-scale operations across the energy, manufacturing, and sustainability sectors. In his new role, he will oversee all operational activities including manufacturing, projects, safety, and support functions for the company’s expansive network.
Prior to joining Sheela Foam, Santosh served as Principal Consultant at Carbon Collect, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the innovative MechanicalTree™ technology and securing major U.S. Department of Energy grants. His strategic involvement in product development, cost modeling, and interfacing between engineering and customer functions was instrumental in the organization’s growth.
He also served as Strategic Advisor to Kurlon Enterprise Limited, working closely on the divestment and integration of the company with Sheela Foam. His leadership helped steer the M&A process and align backend operations post-acquisition. His earlier stint includes a sabbatical for travel and personal exploration, reflecting a well-rounded leadership journey.
Previously, Santosh held the position of Managing Director at Enerparc Energy Pvt. Ltd, where he built the India business from the ground up, focusing on solar energy construction and investment. His career also includes impactful roles at GMR Group, 3M India, BP Solar, and Saint-Gobain, where he gained deep expertise in project management, greenfield expansions, M&A, and clean energy transitions.
