Rochester, Minnesota, United States, July 2025 – Katie Larson has joined Crenlo Engineered Cabs as Vice President, Human Resources, where she will lead the company’s human resources strategy, talent development initiatives, and employee engagement programs to support growth in the construction, agriculture, and commercial equipment markets.
Prior to this, Katie spent over 11 years at Nilfisk, where she held progressive leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Human Resources, Americas, and earlier as HR Business Partner, driving strategic workforce planning and supporting operations across the U.S. and Canada.
Before Nilfisk, Katie worked with St. Jude Medical for over five years as Talent Acquisition Partner, overseeing full-cycle recruitment across various business functions and contributing to acquisition-related HR processes.
She also held various roles over a four-year tenure at Target, including Human Resources Specialist and Merchandise Specialist, where she gained deep experience in talent processes and organizational coordination. Her early career began at MBS Textbook Exchange, where she served as a TAOnline Representative.
