Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, July 2025 – G Shilpa Rao has joined ThoughtsCrest Software as the new Head of Human Resources Development. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that align people, performance, and processes to support the organization’s expansion and talent agenda.
Prior to joining ThoughtsCrest, Shilpa served as a Domain Advisor at CXO Connext, where she collaborated with CXOs to shape impactful strategies in HR leadership and organizational transformation. She offered critical advisory services to help businesses navigate change and optimize human capital.
Shilpa spent nearly six years at Yethi Consulting, holding multiple leadership roles including Head Human Resources Development and HR Manager. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in workforce planning, organizational development, and building a strong employer brand, while enhancing talent strategy and HR operational efficiency.
She previously worked as HR Manager at Lasai Technologies, Sr. Associate Lead BP HR at Infosys BPM, and held earlier roles at Ajax Management Private Limited and Vensoft India Pvt Ltd, gaining deep experience across HR strategy, employee engagement, labor relations, and performance management.
