Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2024 – Dipty Jalan has taken on the role of Corporate Vice President – Head of Talent Management, Learning, Culture, and Organizational Development at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. In this pivotal position, Dipty will drive initiatives to enhance the company’s talent management strategies, learning frameworks, organizational culture, and development programs. Her role will be instrumental in aligning HR practices with business objectives to foster a high-performance culture.
Before joining Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, Dipty Jalan served as Vice President – Head of Talent Management, L&D, D&I, HR Operations, and Head Regional HRBP at Usha International for over nine years. During her tenure, she played a significant role in shaping the organization’s culture, implementing strategic HR frameworks, and spearheading initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Earlier, Dipty held the role of Assistant Director, OD, L&D & Employee Engagement at Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd., where she led national-level employee engagement programs, competency framework alignments, and performance management systems. She also contributed to creating impactful learning solutions and career planning frameworks for employees across the organization.
At Right Management, Dipty excelled as a Program Manager, where she led HR systems design, organization restructuring projects, and talent management interventions for diverse clients across industries. Her efforts significantly improved business alignment and HR system effectiveness for her clients.
Dipty’s career journey also includes a stint as an Information Analyst at McKinsey & Co, where she provided strategic and financial analysis for client teams and supported knowledge management initiatives.
Dipty holds an MBA from the prestigious Xavier Institute of Management(XIM Bhubaneswar).
