In this elevated role, he will drive strategic talent agendas across the global network, focusing on succession, leadership development, and enabling high-performance cultures.
Saj brings over 21 years of experience at PwC, with his most recent position being Global Partner Key Talent, Succession & Development Leader, where he spearheaded critical programs for executive talent and succession planning across the global firm. His leadership helped build a strong pipeline of future-ready leaders with a deep focus on emotional intelligence, strategic alignment, and team excellence.
He has also served on both the Global and US Learning & Development Leadership Teams, playing a pivotal role in developing partner and leadership learning strategies worldwide. His contribution to partner development, strategic execution, and talent enablement has had lasting impact across geographies and business lines.
Earlier in his career at PwC, Saj held the role of Director, Leadership Development for over 13 years, focusing on executive programs and team development. Prior to joining PwC, he worked as an Account Executive at GCI Health, building foundational experience in communication and client service.
