Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Sarina Menezes has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President & Head – Marketing & Corporate Communication at Oberoi Realty Ltd. In her elevated role, Sarina will continue to lead the company’s innovative and strategic marketing and communication efforts across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality (promoter team), and education verticals—aligned with the company’s vision of premium growth and excellence.
Prior to this promotion, Sarina served as Vice President & Head – Marketing and Corporate Communications at Oberoi Realty for four years. In that capacity, she led strategic brand transformation initiatives and developed integrated communication strategies. Her leadership played a pivotal role in driving external visibility, enhancing employer branding, and establishing a distinct value proposition for the group across multiple sectors.
Before joining Oberoi Realty, she worked with Knight Frank India as Vice President – Corporate Marketing and Communication, where she managed international property marketing of luxury branded residences like The Aman New York and The Royal Atlantis. She also raised Knight Frank’s corporate visibility and fostered relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
Sarina’s earlier ten-year tenure at The Club Mumbai as Executive Vice President – Marketing saw her position the elite private club as a premier leisure and lifestyle destination for UHNI and HNI clients. Her focus on brand partnerships and consumer engagement drove membership and growth in key markets.
She also held senior marketing positions at Prospects for People with Learning Disabilities UK, The Club Mumbai, and The Oberoi Group, where she developed inclusive marketing campaigns, built strategic partnerships, and managed brand positioning.
Sarina holds an MBA in Marketing from Manipal University Jaipur, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Learning & Development from the Indian Society of Training & Development.
