Maureen Gibbons Appointed as Vice President Human Resources, Talent and Culture at Glanbia

Downers Grove, Illinois, United States, April 2025 – Maureen Gibbons has been elevated to the role of Vice President Human Resources, Talent and Culture at Glanbia, further strengthening the company’s global commitment to leadership, learning, and inclusive culture. In her new role, Maureen will lead a team dedicated to strategic talent management, early careers programs, leadership development, and engagement initiatives for over 6,000 employees worldwide.

Over the past seven years, Maureen has held progressively senior roles at Glanbia and its subsidiaries, most recently serving as Vice President HR – Leadership, Culture and DEI, and prior to that as Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She played a critical role in shaping Glanbia’s global DEI strategy and embedding it across corporate and business units worldwide. Her focus on inclusive leadership and cultural transformation has been pivotal in supporting the organization’s growth and employee experience.

Earlier, Maureen served at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) as Senior Director of Organizational Development and Communications and Director of Organizational Development, where she was instrumental in leading global talent strategies, building leadership pipelines, and driving engagement across 2,000 employees in four regions. She also partnered in implementing Glanbia-wide diversity and inclusion frameworks and change communication strategies.

Before joining Glanbia, Maureen held key talent and learning leadership roles at Grant Thornton, ISACA, and PwC, where she led large-scale leadership development initiatives, talent strategy implementations, and award-winning training programs, including pioneering women’s leadership platforms and cultural transformation projects across global organizations.
