London, England, United Kingdom, July 2025 – Vicki Tucker has stepped into a new leadership position as Head of People Strategy & Change PMO at Heathrow, bringing over two decades of HR leadership and transformation experience to one of the world’s most connected airports.
Vicki’s most recent roles at Heathrow include serving as Head of Reward, People Plan & Projects and an interim assignment as Head of Strategic People Programmes, where she led significant business change programs and strategic HR transformations. Over the last four and a half years, her leadership has been instrumental in aligning people strategies with the airport’s evolving business needs, focusing on organizational effectiveness, project delivery, and workforce engagement.
Before joining Heathrow, Vicki worked at Virgin Atlantic for nearly three years, where she was Senior Manager – Reward & Benefits, leading global compensation, benefits, and staff mobility programs across the UK, US, and international locations. Her achievements included designing multi-year global reward strategies and restructuring compensation frameworks during the COVID-19 crisis.
Earlier in her career, she spent almost twelve years at ADP, where she rose through various roles to become Total Rewards Manager for EMEA. She played a key role in compensation design, mobility, benefits transformation, and SAP HR implementation, gaining hands-on experience across multiple global people processes.
Vicki began her career with roles at IDIS, Bentalls (Fenwick), and Vacation Care, where she progressed from HR assistant roles to management positions, gaining a deep understanding of payroll, organizational change, and people systems. She has consistently demonstrated her strength in reward strategy, organizational design, programme management, and HR transformation.
