New Jersey, United States, July 2025 – Marcela Zapata has joined MRS BPO, LLC as the new Vice President, Global Human Resources. In this role, she is leading a strategic transformation to position the organization as a leader in the financial services industry, focusing on implementing best-in-class Human Capital processes that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and sustained growth.
Prior to joining MRS BPO, Marcela served as Global Human Capital Leader at Konecta, where she was instrumental in launching the company’s U.S. and India operations. Her strategic contributions included selecting key HR and compliance partners and designing robust talent acquisition and re-badging strategies to support Konecta’s digital services transformation.
Previously, Marcela held the role of Head of Human Resources at JustPark U.S. (formerly ParkHub) for nearly three years, where she implemented an end-to-end Human Capital strategy that supported the company’s evolution from start-up to growth stage. Under her HR leadership, the company earned multiple workplace awards for excellence in culture and employee engagement.
Before that, she served as Director, Talent Operations – HR M&A at Atlantic Street Capital Advisors, where she oversaw HR integration for new portfolio platforms and add-ons. Her focus on compensation and benefits design, equity administration, HRIS, and policy harmonization made her a key player in M&A operations within the private equity space.
Earlier in her career, Marcela held senior HR leadership positions at CTRL HR, Alltran, NTT DATA, Expert Global Solutions (now Alorica), Hewlett Packard, and Electronic Data Systems, gaining over two decades of experience across human capital strategy, shared services, HR M&A, and global HR operations.
