Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has appointed Vrushali Gadkari as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, she will drive the company’s human capital strategy to strengthen leadership, enhance organizational culture, and build future-ready people capabilities as the company enters its next phase of growth.
With over two decades of experience, Vrushali has been instrumental in shaping HR strategy across multiple industries. Most recently, she served as Head of HR – Corporate at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, where she led end-to-end HR processes across corporate functions, driving alignment of people initiatives with business goals while promoting digital adoption, innovation, and engagement.
Prior to this, she worked at the Piramal Group, where she held dual responsibilities as Head of HR & Sales Training for the Healthcare Business and Head HR for the Consumer Products Division. She focused on strengthening talent frameworks, driving employee development, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, at Legrand India, she served as India HR Head, leading HR strategy across the Legrand and Valrack businesses, while at Godrej Properties Limited she was Deputy General Manager – HR & Admin, where she spearheaded talent acquisition, policy management, and HR business partnership.
She also had a significant tenure at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where she held roles including Deputy General Manager and Regional Manager HR – West & South, contributing to salesforce integration, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Her efforts resulted in industry-leading engagement scores and multiple recognitions for customer service excellence.
Vrushali began her HR journey with HDFC Life and HDFC Limited, where she built her expertise in performance management, competency frameworks, large-scale talent acquisition, and organizational capability building. These foundational years helped her establish herself as a seasoned HR leader adept at managing transformation, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives at scale.
