Los Angeles, California, United States, July 2025 – Narine Gulesserian has been elevated to the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Brown & Riding, marking a significant milestone in her nearly seven-year journey with the organization. In this new capacity, she will oversee HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness, driving people-centric initiatives that align with the company’s growth and core values.
Narine’s promotion follows her tenure as Assistant Vice President, HR Manager, where she played a critical role in leading HR operations and organizational development initiatives for approximately a year. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Vice President and Senior HR Generalist, demonstrating her ability to scale HR functions in a fast-paced environment and consistently supporting the firm’s mission to be a top-tier employer in the insurance brokerage space.
Her journey at Brown & Riding began as a Human Resources Assistant, progressing through roles such as HR Coordinator, Generalist, and ultimately AVP, each role reinforcing her operational expertise and people-first leadership style. She contributed to key HR functions, including benefits administration, payroll processing, recruitment, and employee engagement, collaborating closely with senior leadership to execute impactful people programs.
Before joining Brown & Riding, Narine gained hands-on experience across diverse HR and customer service roles. At Tesla, she served as a Customer Experience Specialist, where she was responsible for client relationship building and tailoring customer journeys. Her earlier internships and retail experience at Aflac and Michael Kors helped her develop a strong foundation in recruitment, onboarding, and performance coaching.
