Over the past two and a half years at McKinsey & Company, Jukta served as an Associate, where she specialized in AI/ML strategy, GTM planning, business transformation, and M&A projects for Fortune 50 clients across tech and healthcare. Her portfolio included designing AI-powered engagement solutions, sales operating model diagnostics, and large-scale M&A migration strategies, generating measurable impact in revenue, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Prior to that, she was a Product Marketing Manager at Titan Company Limited for over three years, where she spearheaded major digital initiatives across omnichannel selling, CRM revamp, and customer experience enhancements. She successfully launched digital tools that doubled revenue, achieved 10X growth in online sales, and led a voice-of-customer analytics program that earned international awards for service excellence.

Earlier, Jukta held the position of Growth Marketing and Go-to-Market Manager at Tata Consumer Products, where she conceptualized and launched the Tata Cha tea café chain, overseeing brand identity development, consumer research, and scaling from concept to multiple store launches. She also led the integrated launch of ready-to-drink products with measurable success in pilot markets.

Her career began with roles at Tata Group, Tata Trusts, and Tata Consultancy Services, where she worked on projects spanning strategy operations, rural education programs, digital payments, and software engineering. Her early experience laid a strong foundation in cross-sectoral collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and innovation-led strategy execution.

Jukta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard Kennedy School. She has consistently demonstrated excellence in leadership, having served as Career Fellow and Director of Careers at Wharton, and co-led the Wharton India Economic Forum.
