Amie has been with HSBC for nearly six years, during which she held several senior leadership roles in emerging talent acquisition. Most recently, she served as Regional Head of Emerging Talent Acquisition, Asia Pacific, first based in Hong Kong and later in Singapore. In this role, she played a pivotal role in building scalable early careers recruitment models and was instrumental in elevating HSBC’s reputation as a graduate employer of choice in the region.

Before joining HSBC, Amie held the position of APAC Head of Emerging Talent at AMS, where she led RPO and consulting projects for global clients like Bank of America, Rolls-Royce, and PwC Australia. Her work focused on enhancing graduate recruitment strategies and deploying innovative campus programs to attract high-potential talent across the Asia Pacific.

Amie also spent over nine years at Credit Suisse, where she served as Vice President and APAC Graduate Recruiting & Marketing Lead. There, she shaped and managed large-scale campus strategies across multiple markets and helped drive employer branding and early talent marketing initiatives for the bank. During this period, she was also a Founding Member and Director of the Hong Kong Association of Graduate Recruiters, reflecting her deep commitment to shaping the future of emerging talent in the region.

Her earlier experiences include roles at UBS as EMEA Assistant Graduate Recruiter, Equities, and at FSS Financial and Gwalia in various HR and recruitment capacities in the United Kingdom. These foundational roles built her extensive understanding of global talent markets and cross-cultural HR strategies.
