In her new position, Chloe is responsible for designing and executing a best-in-class employee experience strategy across eight countries, aligning culture, leadership development, performance, internal communications, and digital experience with the company’s bold strategic ambitions.
Prior to this elevation, Chloe served as Head of Culture at Play’n GO for over a year, where she led transformative initiatives in leadership development, inclusion, AI integration, performance, and employee engagement in a fully remote workplace. She played a pivotal role in building an inclusive and connected culture, championing wellbeing, and leading squads to deliver meaningful employee experience enhancements.
Previously, Chloe held the role of Culture Lead at Play’n GO, where she spearheaded the shift toward a “Digital First” workplace model. Her work included developing a digital collaboration playbook, leadership community frameworks, and internal campaigns to support remote engagement. Her data-led approach to change and her ability to redefine work environments positioned her as a thought leader in organizational design.
Before joining Play’n GO, Chloe worked at BT Group, where she led the “Digital Way” transformation across BT Digital, influencing culture, skills, and leadership development for over 3,500 employees. She also served as Digital Capability & Strategy Manager, building culture and capability within the Consumer Digital team and rolling out high-impact digital enablement initiatives.
Chloe’s earlier career included several leadership roles at Direct Line Group, where she served as Digital Operations Manager, Digital Studio Manager, and Business Manager. Her contributions spanned people development, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and employee engagement. Across nearly a decade at DLG, she gained a reputation for creating high-performance, digitally enabled teams and environments.
