Before joining Play’n GO, Chloe worked at BT Group, where she led the “Digital Way” transformation across BT Digital, influencing culture, skills, and leadership development for over 3,500 employees. She also served as Digital Capability & Strategy Manager, building culture and capability within the Consumer Digital team and rolling out high-impact digital enablement initiatives.

Chloe’s earlier career included several leadership roles at Direct Line Group, where she served as Digital Operations Manager, Digital Studio Manager, and Business Manager. Her contributions spanned people development, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and employee engagement. Across nearly a decade at DLG, she gained a reputation for creating high-performance, digitally enabled teams and environments.
