St. Cloud, Minnesota, United States, July 2025 – Jennifer Koenig has taken on a new role as Vice President of Human Resources at DCI, Inc., a leading manufacturer of stainless-steel storage and processing tanks for the food, dairy, pharmaceutical, and other industries. In her new position, Jennifer will be responsible for leading the company’s human capital strategy, driving organizational development, and fostering a strong employee-owned culture.
Jennifer joins DCI after spending nearly a decade at nVenia, a Duravant Company, where she most recently served as HR Director. She played a pivotal role as part of the senior leadership team, overseeing talent acquisition, total rewards, employee engagement, succession planning, M&A integration, and HR compliance across the organization. Her efforts helped significantly reduce recruiting costs, implement strategic talent initiatives, and strengthen organizational culture through actionable employee engagement strategies.
Prior to her tenure at nVenia, Jennifer worked for over 10 years at Liberty Diversified International, serving as HR Director. She led global HR strategies across Europe, China, and Taiwan, managed acquisitions and divestitures, and successfully streamlined the recruiting process and HRIS systems. Her leadership in employee engagement and cost-efficiency measures delivered measurable business outcomes.
Earlier, Jennifer held roles including Corporate HR Manager, HR Generalist, and Corporate HR Generalist at organizations such as Liberty Carton, Wrico Stamping of NC, and Winmark Corporation, gaining expertise in labor relations, policy development, talent strategy, HR systems, and leadership development across multi-site and unionized environments.
