Rochester, New York, United States, July 2025 — Cailee Medina has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources at The Bonadio Group, marking a significant milestone in her impactful HR journey within the firm. In this elevated leadership role, Cailee will oversee key strategic HR initiatives, culture-building programs, and organizational development efforts to drive the firm’s continued growth and employee engagement.
Cailee has been with The Bonadio Group for over eight years, steadily progressing through various HR roles. She most recently served as Director, HR Operations, where she led operational HR excellence. Prior to that, she served as Human Resources Business Partner and Recruiting Specialist, contributing to talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning across the organization.
Before joining TBG, Cailee held the position of Corporate Recruiter at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, where she managed full-cycle recruitment for a leading provider of building envelope solutions with 35 locations and over 4,000 employees.
Earlier in her career, she was a Recruiter at NRI Staffing in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. She managed recruitment for various industries including administrative, legal, and finance, while also contributing to government contract proposals.
She began her professional journey as a Loan Officer with Foundation Financial Group in Rochester, New York, where she developed strong customer service and consultative skills that would later complement her HR career.
