Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2025 — Leen Koubaytari has been appointed as Head of People Management at DTX, a dynamic digital transformation solutions company headquartered in Dubai. With an impressive background in human resources strategy and talent management, Leen steps into this leadership role to drive people-centric initiatives aligned with DTX’s innovation-driven growth.
Prior to joining DTX, Leen served as Technical Recruiter at BENO – Luxury At Your Service, where she led talent acquisition strategies across various HR functions such as diversity hiring, competency-based interviewing, and performance appraisal. During the same period, she also worked as a freelance Technical Recruiter with TriaMetis Solutions, based in Cyprus, further honing her international recruitment capabilities.
Leen also gained experience as a Recruitment Specialist with Nano Health Suite, and earlier as Senior Human Resources Specialist at NAMAA SOLUTIONS, where she led end-to-end HR functions including onboarding, performance management, and learning & development for a remote team spread across Turkey.
From 2019 to 2023, Leen was a key member of the HR team at alBaraka Bank Syria s.a., serving as Organizational Development and Workforce Planning Specialist, where she spearheaded initiatives around job design, psychometric assessments, employer branding, and succession planning.
She also served as Human Capital Management Planning Specialist at Syriatel Mobile Telecom, contributing to organizational design, job evaluation, and workforce planning for over two years.
Leen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus on Banking and Insurance from Damascus University and brings a deep understanding of talent strategy, organizational behavior, and digital HR transformation.
