San Francisco, California, United States, July 2025 – Leia Marshall has taken on a new role as Head of People Experience at Voltage Park, a cutting-edge AI infrastructure company on a mission to democratize access to high-performance computing. In her new capacity, Leia will lead Voltage Park’s people strategy and experience function, enabling the company’s fully distributed team to thrive as it continues rapid global expansion and supports the most innovative AI companies of today.
Leia brings over a decade of leadership experience in HR and people strategy, with a proven track record of scaling organizations through growth, acquisitions, and transformation initiatives. Most recently, she served as HR Consultant at FrictionlessHR, advising tech companies like Foursquare, Ghost, and Fable Security on strategic HR and compensation frameworks.
Prior to this, Leia held dual roles at ActiveCampaign and Postmark, first leading HR during Postmark’s acquisition and then transitioning to oversee people operations post-acquisition. During her tenure, she navigated complex M&A changes, helped manage global site expansions, and contributed to optimizing culture and workforce efficiency during headcount transitions.
Before ActiveCampaign, Leia served as Head of People at Netlify, a cloud computing tech company where she guided the organization through a phase of hypergrowth—from 25 to 125 employees globally—and helped build equity plans and compensation systems aligned with its Series D-backed valuation surge.
Leia also held senior HR roles at Good Eggs and IFTTT, where she specialized in executive compensation, broad-based equity plans, and operational scale-ups. Her career foundation includes experience in workplace communication, knowledge management, and executive support at Thumbtack, as well as academic grounding through her work as a Graduate Research & Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota.
