Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, July 2025 – Hrishi Mohan has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Iscon Balaji Foods (IBF), a rapidly expanding leader in India’s frozen potato and processed food industry. In this capacity, Hrishi will lead HR transformation across the company’s operations, contributing to organizational scalability, capability building, and people strategy as IBF accelerates its domestic and global footprint.
Prior to joining IBF, Hrishi served as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant, where he provided strategic HR advisory to businesses navigating growth, transformation, and capability development. His consulting stint followed his tenure as Group CHRO at AXISCADES, where he led HR operations for the engineering and technology services group, strengthening its people practices and driving organizational alignment.
Before AXISCADES, Hrishi was the Head of Human Resources at Tenshi Life Sciences Ltd, where he managed HR for Tenshi Kaizen and Naari Pharma. He played a vital role in shaping talent strategy across specialized pharma and biotech ventures focused on advanced drug delivery, female health, and proprietary technology platforms.
Hrishi has also held roles such as Human Resources Director at UpSkill World and Vice President – Human Resources at Accenture, where he contributed to strategic HR interventions across various business verticals. His earlier experience at Wipro, spanning over 16 years, saw him leading diverse portfolios including global HR for Business Application Services, HR integration for large deals, and leadership development initiatives.
His career began at Godrej Appliances, where he worked in HRD and talent development. Hrishi brings over two decades of expertise in HR strategy, leadership development, business HR, and transformation across IT, pharma, manufacturing, and consulting sectors.
