California, United States, March 2026 – GeneMarie Crowe has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at See’s Candies, marking a significant addition to the leadership team as the company continues to strengthen its people-first culture and legacy of excellence.
In her new role, GeneMarie will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on enhancing employee experience, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting teams across retail, manufacturing, and corporate functions. Her appointment aligns with See’s Candies’ commitment to fostering a workplace where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Prior to joining See’s Candies, GeneMarie served as SVP and Head of Human Resources at FULLBEAUTY Brands, where she led HR transformation for a large, multi-brand portfolio. She played a key role in rebuilding HR as a strategic function, strengthening talent acquisition, employee experience, and organizational design to support business growth.
Earlier, she was Head of Human Resources for the Americas and Global Supply Chain at Godiva Chocolatier, where she led HR across retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing operations. Her role included driving cultural transformation, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives across global functions.
GeneMarie also held leadership roles at Ralph Lauren, where she partnered with global business leaders to drive talent management, organizational effectiveness, and digital transformation initiatives, supporting the brand’s evolution into an omni-channel retailer.
She began her career with a long tenure at the National Basketball Association (NBA), where she spent over a decade building HR capabilities, including establishing the league’s first retail HR function and supporting leadership development across multiple business units.
