Greater Sheffield Area , England, September 2025 — Robert Ross has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at Constellation Cold Logistics, Europe’s leading independent cold storage and logistics provider.
Ross joins Constellation Cold Logistics after a distinguished career across global finance and leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Partner – Strategy and Performance Transformation at KPMG UK, where he led complex transformation projects driving growth and operational excellence.
Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer at The Delamode Group (Xpediator Plc), where he steered the business through key stages of expansion. Before that, he worked with Europa Worldwide Group as Finance Director, where he played a crucial role in strengthening financial governance and enabling growth across logistics operations.
Earlier in his career, Ross spent a decade with PwC, advancing to the position of Senior Manager, where he gained extensive experience in financial advisory, audits, and compliance. He also earned his ACA qualification with 100% first-time passes, underscoring his strong technical and professional credentials.
