In her new role, she will lead the company’s people and culture strategies, focusing on building an exceptional employee experience, advancing leadership development, and supporting LILT’s mission to make the world’s information accessible to everyone, regardless of language or nationality.
Prior to joining LILT AI, Loeffler served at Anyscale for over two years as Head of People, where she built scalable HR infrastructure and programs to enable organizational growth in the AI space. She also acted as an Advisor to the company, supporting leadership on strategic talent and culture initiatives.
Before that, Loeffler was Chief People Officer at Plastiq for nearly four years, where she developed a high-performing people function, guided the organization through multiple funding rounds, and prepared the company for its public offering. Her leadership was instrumental in aligning people practices with the company’s growth trajectory in the B2B payments sector.
Earlier in her career, Loeffler served as Chief People Officer at LendingClub for almost six years, where she established the HR department from the ground up, building capabilities in recruitment, performance management, workplace services, and real estate to support the company’s rapid expansion. She also held a short-term advisory role as Chief People Officer at Apartment List during its Series C stage, guiding HR strategy during a critical growth phase.
Loeffler’s extensive career includes over eight years at Ask.com, where she progressed from Compensation Manager to VP Human Resources and ultimately Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries and earning a Best Places to Work award in 2011. She began her career in compensation and rewards roles with Openwave Systems, Mercer, and CompAnalysis, Inc., developing expertise in executive compensation, total rewards strategy, and performance management systems.
