Vadodara, Gujarat, India, September 2025 – Jaynee Kothari has taken on the role of Director of Human Resources at Collabera, bringing with her more than 15 years of global HR leadership experience. With expertise spanning India, the USA, Canada, UAE, and Malaysia, she has consistently driven people strategy, digital HR transformation, and cultural initiatives that have built future-ready organizations. Guided by her belief, “Do the best, and the rest will follow,” Jaynee remains deeply passionate about people and progress.
Most recently, Jaynee served as Director of Human Resources at Odysseus Solutions for over six years, where she played a pivotal role in change management, executive coaching, and designing HR solutions that aligned with business growth. Her tenure was marked by innovative initiatives that strengthened workforce capability and organizational culture.
Prior to this, she was Director of Human Resources at Enlightenment99 Software Consultants, where she focused on transformation programs and talent development strategies that supported organizational resilience and growth. Earlier, she worked as HR Officer at Emirates Driving Institute in Dubai, where she designed and implemented HR standard operating procedures and managed key HR functions.
Jaynee also contributed significantly to Odysseus Solutions in an earlier role as Senior HR Manager, where she handled end-to-end HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, training and development, and employee engagement. Her career journey also includes HR leadership at Automation Anywhere, where she was Senior HR Specialist leading strategic talent initiatives, and corporate training roles with Academy for Excellence, where she trained 1,500+ professionals across corporates and B-schools in India.
She began her career with assignments at DNA Group as Project Leader, Om International as Project Coordinator, and Max New York Life Insurance as a Recruitment Intern, where she gained early exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and project management.
Jaynee holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Gujarat University.
