With nearly two decades of cross-industry experience, spanning Consumer Products, Financial Services, ITES, Steel, and Consulting, Mukherjee brings a wealth of expertise in designing and executing HR strategies that foster growth, inclusivity, and innovation.
A seasoned HR leader and trusted business partner, Mukherjee has successfully led large-scale HR operations across India and Southeast Asia. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of human resources—from talent management and organizational development to performance systems, employee engagement, and change management initiatives. Over the years, she has been recognized for spearheading award‑winning HR practices that align people strategies with core business objectives.
Prior to joining Wingreens World, Mukherjee was Head – HRBP and Operations at Carrier Midea India, where she played a pivotal role in stabilizing business operations, shaping a performance-driven culture, reducing attrition levels, and driving employee development programs across pan-India operations, including factory setups. Her earlier career includes impactful leadership stints at DS Group, Genpact, Indiabulls, and Underwriters Laboratories, further sharpening her ability to oversee multi-location, diverse workforce ecosystems.
Speaking on her new role, Mukherjee expressed enthusiasm about partnering with business leaders to build future-ready teams and nurture a culture that empowers employees while supporting Wingreens World’s vision for growth.
